Our experience with Ryan in helping us find our condo in West LA was exceptional. Ryan's knowledge of the area and his up-to-date understanding of the inventory and going prices was critical for us finding exactly what we wanted. Most impressively, this was right when we went on vacation to South Africa - during the paperwork stage of the process. Ryan's diligence in staying on top of the agreements needed to be signed, arranging the proper inspections on time, and being in contact to let us know how everything was going made everything possible. Never pushy and never bothering us with minutiae he could deal with on his own, yet immediately responsive to any questions we had, we knew that we could trust him implicitly to make decisions that were in our best interest. Perhaps most importantly, he's just a wonderful guy and fun to work with. Without hesitation, I would refer him to friends and family who were looking to purchase a new home in LA.

Wow! Ryan truly is the best real estate agent. I met him in 2015 when I first moved to Los Angeles and he helped me find my apartments to rent until I was ready to purchase a home in 2017!
